QUALIFICATIONS

An associate or bachelor's degree (advanced degree is preferred) - Coursework in fields such as entrepreneurship, psychology, organizational behavior, or a related discipline - Prior experience with assessment tools
CERTIFICATION WORKSHOP

Take the Strategic Success Profile (SSP)
Complete our application upon acceptance
Participate in a 3.15-hour live online workshop with our Master Trainer Administer
Complete a 30-40-minute follow-up session by phone or virtual meeting
