Revis Butler, originally from Greenville, SC, is a prime example of a leader who serves, bringing about significant change in various communities. In his role as Senior Material Management Specialist at Fluor Corporation, he is responsible for overseeing the engineering supply chain and procurement. During his time at Fluor Government, his strategic input led to the acquisition of assets valued at over $4 billion. While at Proterra, Inc., Revis implemented data processes that resulted in generating $13.5 million in just one quarter, showcasing his innovative approach.
Aside from his accomplishments in the corporate world, Revis also dedicates his time as the National Web Editor, writer, and columnist for SHEEN Magazine. Serving as the President of the Urban League of the Upstate Young Professionals from 2022 to 2024, he successfully grew the membership by 1300%. He was honored with the National President of the Month award in December 2023.
Revis Butler was honored with the 2023 Young Alumni Achievement Award from Lander University and was recognized with an induction into the Mass Communications Department Wall of Fame. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Lander University and is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. He has been in the community since he was a child but has been a part of several community organizations since 2016, including being a President, media chair, and membership intake chair.
